An uninterruptible power supply (UPS) of the Intelligent series, 6000 W, on-line type without batteries, is designed with a double conversion scheme (on-line) to ensure stable sinusoidal voltage to power server, telecommunications, network, and industrial equipment.

Through the RS232 interface, it is possible to connect to a PC with the UPSilon2000 program installed and configure the display of the UPS status on the PC monitor. The presence of an SNMP adapter slot allows for monitoring of the UPS through the network. Power failures can occur at unpredictable times, and the quality of electricity can also change over time. Power-related issues pose a danger to IT equipment, leading to damage to important data, loss of unsaved work sessions, and equipment breakdown - all of which can result in many hours of downtime and expensive repairs.
