We ship from our warehouse based in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan on orders to all MENA. EU countries and Worldwide.
Our offices are open from 9.00am-6.00pm Monday to Friday. Goods ordered on Friday (exc public holiday) will be delivered at the earliest on the following Monday, however this is never a guaranteed service.
If the products you’re ordering are all in stock and the order placed before 4:30PM, your order will be despatched the same day.
The Delivery costs are indicated once you have entered your shipping address in the basket section of your order. The shipping costs depend on the number and weight of the packages, as well as the country to which they are to be sent.
SNR provides shipping options including FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, etc. You can also choose to use your own shipping account. The delivery of goods will be delivered to the address provided by the consumer/buyer, and any date of delivery given by the seller (SNR) is only an estimate. To ensure that each customer will receive the items as soon as possible, your order may be shipped in multiple packages without additional charges from SNR. All additional fee for changing shipping address or shipping method should be borne by the customer.
Damaged goods during transportation should be notified by the buyer to the seller. And if any delay is caused by the logistics company, please inform your account manager at the first moment. We may guide you about the remedy procedures. But SNR will not be responsible for the possible lose.
For air transportation or maritime transportation, customers need to know whether they should pick up the goods at the airport or seaport. If customers can pick up the goods at the airport or seaport, it is necessary to know the documents that need to be prepared and the fees to be paid. If customers cannot pick up the goods, they should negotiate with the account manager about door-to-door service and the cost in advance.
