The chassis of the modular uninterruptible power supply (UPS) 200 kVA/180 kW of the SM series accommodates up to 4 power modules with a capacity of 50 kVA (power modules of 50 kVA are purchased separately). The modular online UPS of the SM series is designed to protect three-phase power systems of servers, data centers, industrial and medical equipment from power outages, voltage and frequency fluctuations, pulse and high-frequency interference. The modular UPS is suitable for rapidly growing businesses: its architecture allows for configuration expansion up to 200 kVA as the business grows. This UPS design allows for power redundancy or flexible power scaling. The modular UPS of the SM series combines modern three-level IGBT rectifier technology (insulated gate bipolar transistors) with DSP control logic (digital signal processors). With a high input power factor, low THDi (total harmonic distortion) and high system efficiency, these devices can work with any type of load. The modular design ensures reliable and stable operation of critical equipment. Each power module can be hot-swapped, making it easy to increase power and simplify system maintenance. Independent management of each module eliminates the risks associated with failure due to the failure of one element.
