Product Info

Part number: SNR-UPS-LID-400-LED
Linear-interactive uninterruptible power supply (UPS) sources SNR, LID-XXXX-LED series, occupy an intermediate position between simple, inexpensive reserve sources ("Off-Line") and efficient, expensive UPS with double energy conversion ("On-Line"). The main difference of LID-XXXX-LED series UPS compared to "Off-Line" backup power sources is that it is capable of providing normal power to the load when there is deviation in the parameters of the mains voltage, without switching to battery mode, which in turn has a positive effect on the service life of the built-in UPS batteries. The LID series UPS is equipped with a "cold start" function that allows the UPS to be forcibly turned on in the absence of mains voltage, as well as an "auto-start" function that allows the load to be automatically powered up when the mains voltage is restored, without the need for additional manipulation. UPS of this series provide output voltage with an approximated sine wave and are mainly designed for connecting equipment with switching power sources, such as personal computers, LAN nodes, and other electronic devices equipped with similar power sources, which are practically insensitive to the shape of the sine wave of the input voltage and to its short-term drops (switching time to battery mode). The advantage of line-interactive UPSs is their relative simplicity and reliability, lower cost compared to "On-line" solutions, and high efficiency in "from the grid" mode. As disadvantages, there is a slight delay in switching (a few milliseconds) to "from battery" mode, as well as a stepped (less smooth compared to "On-line") adjustment of the output voltage.
