Product Info

Part number: SNR-UPS-LID-2000-XPS
Linear-interactive uninterruptible power sources (UPS) SNR, LID-XXXX-XPS series (without built-in batteries), occupy an intermediate position between simple, inexpensive backup sources ("Off-Line") and efficient, expensive UPS with double energy conversion (On-Line). The main difference of LID-XXXX-XPS series UPS from offline backup sources is that it can provide normal power supply to the load, even when there are deviations in the network voltage parameters, without switching to battery mode, which in turn positively affects the service life of the battery. UPS of this series are designed to work in conjunction with external batteries with a capacity of 120 Ah to 200 Ah (taking into account the capabilities of the built-in UPS charger), which provides longer battery support for the load.
LID series UPSs have a "Cold Start" function that allows the UPS to be forcibly turned on in the absence of mains voltage, as well as an "Auto Start" function that allows the load to be automatically powered on when the mains voltage is restored, without the need for additional manipulation.
The built-in USB port allows for monitoring the main parameters of the UPS from a computer, as well as performing a proper shutdown automatically. In addition, the UPS is equipped with a multifunctional LCD display with backlighting, which displays current information about the operation of the UPS.
UPS of this series provide output voltage with a "clean" sine wave and can serve as an alternative to double conversion (On-Line) UPS. In addition to providing backup power to devices with pulse power supplies, these UPS can also be used to power electric motors, circulator pumps for heating systems, and other equipment that is critical to the output signal waveform.
The advantage of linear-interactive UPS is their comparative simplicity and reliability, lower cost compared to "On-line" solutions, as well as high efficiency in "from the network" mode. The disadvantages include a slight delay in switching (several milliseconds) to "from battery" mode and a stepped (less smooth compared to "On-line") regulation of the output voltage. Additionally, when placing the UPS, it is necessary to take into account the presence of a built-in cooling fan.
