Part number: B12120GPA sealed maintenance-free lead-acid battery for UPS with a VRLA (Valve-Regulated Lead-Acid) adjustable valve, internal gas recombination, and absorbed electrolyte (AGM Absorbent Glass Mat technology) with a nominal voltage of 12V and a capacity of 120Ah.
Designed for operation in buffer mode (constant trickle charge) or cyclic mode (discharge-charge). Multilayer technology of battery construction, cellular battery design, special adhesive provides compactness and protection against vibrations and shocks. The battery case and cover are made of non-combustible impact-resistant ABS plastic. The protective valve is made fire and explosion-proof.
The separator between the positive and negative plates is made of thin fiberglass, providing low resistance during high current discharges. The battery plates are rectangular in shape. Thanks to the use of a special structure and alloy, the energy density per unit of mass and volume is increased, and the battery's service life is also improved. The high-purity electrolyte contains additives that improve discharge characteristics.
A special separator design allows for tight arrangement of the plates. The material's elasticity ensures uniform contact with the plates, thereby ensuring homogeneity of electrochemical parameters across the entire surface. The plate nest construction provides protection against short-circuiting in the event of plate bending or deformation, in the case of a horizontally positioned battery.
The battery does not require maintenance throughout its entire service life and provides high safety during operation. The sealed battery design allows it to be transported by any means of transport. Service life up to 10 years.
