The Tesla Power sealed maintenance-free lead-acid battery with a VRLA (Valve-Regulated Lead-Acid) adjustable valve, featuring internal gas recombination and absorbed electrolyte using AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) technology. Front-facing design.

Tesla Power batteries are designed to be installed in 19 and 23 inch cabinets and racks, and are also used in other cases where compact battery placement is necessary.

Application:

The battery does not require maintenance throughout its service life and provides high safety during operation. The sealed battery design allows it to be transported by any means of transportation.

Battery construction. Multilayer technology, cell structure of the battery, special adhesive, ensures compactness and protection against vibrations and shocks.

Body material. The battery body and cover are made of non-flammable impact-resistant ABS plastic. 

Protective valve. The valve is designed to be fire and explosion safe.

Separator. Separator between positive and negative plates is made of thin fiberglass. Provides low resistance during high current discharges. 

Battery plates. The battery plates are rectangular in shape. Thanks to the use of a special structure and alloy, the energy density per unit of mass and volume is increased, and the battery's service life is also increased.

Electrolyte. High-purity electrolyte contains additives that improve discharge characteristics.

Connecting plates into blocks. The special shape of the separator allows for tightly arranging the plates. The elasticity of the material ensures uniform contact with the plates, thereby ensuring uniformity of electrochemical parameters across the entire area.

Bornes. Built-in copper terminals have low resistance and withstand high current. 

Protection against short circuit. The plate socket design provides protection against short circuit in case of plate bending or deformation, in case of horizontal battery placement.
